Template:Category links short is a smaller variant of Template:Category links with pleasant output also on browsers which don't support ·.
Template:Category links short allows one parameter, the name of an existing category. It can be used on talk and user pages related to an existing talk page of the category, but the linked category talk page might also not yet exist.
Usage
{{Template:Category links short}} needs one parameter, the name of an existing category.
{{lcs|category}} shows links for the specified category;
{{lcs}} shows links for a category wrt the {{PAGENAME}}

The latter shows bogus links, as long as no category Category links short/doc exists.
