This template is used to format the declination of a set of coordinates.

Usage
{{DEC|degrees|minutes|seconds}}
- degrees° minutes′ seconds″
Note that the second and third arguments, seconds & minutes, are optional.

- degrees° minutes′
{{DEC|degrees}}
- degrees°
{{DEC|+40|57|20.3280}}
- +40° 57′ 20.3280″
When using in tables, leave a space between the | and the {{Template:Declination}}, or else the table will break if the degrees begin with "+".
