Notes
Almost all Wikipedias use 'CITEREF' as the prefix; two known exceptions are French Wikipedia, which has no prefix, and Spanish Wikipedia, which uses 'CITAREF'; others (German and Finnish Wikipedias) do not allow short footnotes and the full citation id has a different format.
The following Wikipedias have an {{sfn}} template or equivalent (e.g., Polish Odn) and are known to use 'CITEREF' as the prefix: ar, arz, bg, bn, ca, cs, da, el, en, eu, eo, fa, he, hi, hu, hy, id, it, ja, ko, ms, nan, nl, no, pl, pt, ro, ru, sh, sv, th, tr, uk, vi, and zh. The rest of the foreign Wikipedias probably use 'CITEREF', but haven't been verified.
